Erhaltene klassische Elemente und der bestehende Parkett bilden die warme Basis des neuen Konzepts. Naturstein, schwarze Metall-Glas-Elemente und pr\u00e4zise integrierte Einbauten erg\u00e4nzen den Bestand mit einer klaren, zeitgem\u00e4ssen Ebene. Vivum organisierte und koordinierte die komplette Renovation und f\u00fchrte die einzelnen Gewerke, Materialien und Ausbaudetails zu einem zusammenh\u00e4ngenden Ergebnis.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n  <section class=\"vd-stage vd-stage--paper\"><div class=\"vd-wrap\"><div class=\"vd-stage__head\"><div><p class=\"vd-kicker\">01 \u00b7 AUSGANGSLAGE<\/p><h2>Bestand und Planung<\/h2><\/div><p>Geb\u00e4ude, Eingangssituation und vorhandene R\u00e4ume wurden als Ausgangspunkt aufgenommen.
