New build · approx. 600 m² · 2023
New construction of a two-family house measuring around 600 m². Vivum delivered the project as general contractor; RENIE manufactured the bespoke doors and staircase.

Complete renovation & restoration · 190 m² · 2024
Complete renovation of a 190 m² period apartment, including careful restoration of existing doors, frames, stucco and interior elements. Vivum organised and coordinated the entire renovation.

Renovation & redesign
Comprehensive renovation of an existing country villa, including reorganisation of the interiors, an open-plan living concept and individually designed fit-out and detail areas.

Complete renovation · 170 m² · 2020
Complete renovation of a 170 m² period apartment. Classical elements and parquet were combined with natural stone, metal-and-glass elements and contemporary built-ins. Vivum organised and coordinated the entire renovation.

Interior renovation of a private residence. Vivum organised and coordinated the implementation; the bespoke interior doors were manufactured by RENIE.
